Kaylene Gudeit-Oakden is a multidisciplinary artist, working in the mediums of drawing, painting and photography. More recently she has been exploring photographic projection installations. Her work is influenced by themes of liminal space, playing with both projection and light to cultivate an atmosphere that is simultaneously enchanting and unsettling. Drawing inspiration from the nuances of nostalgia, she creates dreamlike landscapes that transport viewers to a realm where deja vu intertwines with the peculiar allure of forgotten places.
